There were few things that my previous freelancer has not done. Please check the below details and let me know if you can help. He has used Joomla and Choronoform component for these. I don't think that there is much of a work left, but many small things are still there. Description: I have listed each and every thing on page by page basis: URL: [login to view URL] 1) Admin is getting email after the user has submitted the form. 2) Please tell me how to change admin email. 3) Apart from sending it as email, all the data should be stored on the database as well. 4) Admin should get an option to delete, edit or update these submitted forms. 5) I want email verification of these forms as well, so that the it is ensured that the person who submitted it is has correct email address. In the admin panel, it shall come as verified and un-verified entires. 6) I want this form to be available without joomla admin as well since joomla admin is complex to the user. I want you to create a simple form where user can view this with simple interface. You can use php for this and there is no need for a joomla component if it easy for you. I want this for viewing entities, deleting any entry and marking the entry as email verified only. 7) When the user has submitted the form, he should get an message “Your details have been saved but not submitted. We have sent you a confirmation link on your email address. Please click the confirmation link to submit this form.” Once the user has clicked the confirmation email, he should receive a message “Your details have been submitted, Thanks.” 8) Please tell me where there is an option to add more generic medinces in the field (auto-suggest): Generic Medicine name.
