May have some little function changes after you accept the project. (Does not exceed 10% of the overall) 5. Accept to use some existing open source CMS system to develop the system. (Drupal , Joomla… etc.) 6. No additional payment. 7. System language is English, but must can show some Asian language (Japanese, Chinese) of input data on system. (E.g. Company name is Chinese name.) 8. Freelancer can suggest some you recommend feature on this system, a good freelancer have a great chance than other with bidding our project in future. Base spec  Support mobile web view  Hosted on employer provided server.  Code by HTML5, PHP, , MySQL , JavaScript or other.  Login system with sales panel, engineer panel and customer panel.  Login Captcha.  Accept to use open source CMS system or open source php package, but please do not show the open source package name when using the system.  Email notification. Based on 4 parts. 1. A Basic accounting system, employer should have a basic knowledge in accounting system. 2. Record what service customer is using. 3. Service report system. When an engineer finished their job, engineer should login to system create, delete and modify the job data. 4. Hardware / Software Label printing. 5. Scheduler system.
