basic website and iphone app

Hello, I am after a talented developer or team of developers to work with, i have many websites and have alot of experience working with freelancers. I am launching a iphone app business in new zealand and need a good team to work with to handle the developments. I will bring in the work and handle the client side. What i need is very good developers with good fast communication. I have been mucked around so much i am getting good at judging who is going to be a good long term person to deal with. To test the water i have this project. Its like many i have done so i will be able to guage how well you communicate, i know how fast it should be able to be completed in and i also know how much. This project is to build a web platform/site for a personal trainer it will need a a good admin panel and 2 levels of users customers and trainers. the trainer login will be the same as the customers login however will have added features for managing there personal customers, a trainer will also be able to change just the menu colour and have his logo loaded which will be visable for him and just his clients. i would like it writen in php as the base using mysql database. i have in the heading website and app as i would prefer to keep this project in the same place for the website and app instead of building the webplatform first then finding a app developer. so the same people know the app and site. ipad, and adroid equivilents will be needed but not right away. we have basic templates to use for look and feel. so minimal design work is needed. inside the site and app there will be pages for video content, a blog statitic tables on results and just content pages. we will have people always on hand to help with explaining etc and website flow. i am wanting a good development company here clean code and very good presentation on the site and app. as above i will have alot of work for the right people with ongoing iphone work please only take this on if you are serious about completing and building an ongoing relationship (no time wasters) im alos interested if you have built a site/app simular which we may be able to use as a base to build this on and save time. as most basic multi user template scripts could probably do as a starting place. for example ive built business social network off a dating script etc. and like this project it would make sence to have a base to start from from an existing project.
