Visual Basic Program to Convert a CSV File and Send via a COM Object (and back)

I am after a Visual Basic 6.0 program to work with the following: I will have a file generated with a record where each field is separated by commas (CSV file). An example file is included ([login to view URL]). After the file is generated, a script will be run. It will run a Visual Basic program with the export file name as a parameter. _EXAMPLE: _C:\temp\interface\[login to view URL] “C:\Temp\[login to view URL]? The Visual Basic program should read the file breaking down each field for transmission through a COM object ([login to view URL]) and send it. The example program ([login to view URL]) does this HOWEVER the data is hardcoded instead of coming from a file. After the message is sent, a return message will be sent back by the COM object. Here I want to reverse the conversion. I want the message from the COM object to be converted to a CSV file. An example of this is the file [login to view URL] which I’ve included. The file name should be hardcoded in the VB program but must also include a time indicator or some sort of sequence number to make the file 100% unique. _EXAMPLE: _C:\temp\[login to view URL] While the COM object offers logging and I have it turned on, I don’t intend to use it in my running program because I don’t like the way the logging works. I do however want to log messages I send and the related response. More details, sample files, the com object, etc... are included in the zip file related to this bid. Note also that this bid request is for a program to get me started with this project. As I continue to work with it I expect to have more questions at which point I would submit private auctions for the initial coder and therefore pay the coder more to help me further. This isn't a guarantee for future work but I suspect the coder can earn more from this then just the initial program. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) written in Visual Basic 6.0 in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package (only if necessary, a standalone exe is perfectly acceptable and perferred) that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
