Quick macro needed

I need a quick macro made for Excel. I have several files that i need to make to create an "index" for. One that has hyperlinks to places in the excel file. The file has one worksheet. The worksheet has approx 40k rows. Three rows past the words "Total Respondents" is a title. That title needs to populate a new worksheet and be made into a hyperlink. So say the title is "Cheddar Cheese" (3 rows past the words Total Respondents) and it occurs on row 115. On another sheet called Index, I'd want on row 1 the words Cheddar Cheese. Cheddar Cheese should be a hyperlink that goes dirrectly to row 115 of the source sheet. The next instance of Total Respondents occurs on row 350. The title on 353 says "Swiss Cheese". On row 2 of the index sheet i want it to say Swiss Cheese and be hyperlinked to row 353 of the source sheet. Please send me inquiries for more info. I need this done by Sunday.
