Collectors Database With Binary Storage

I need a somewhat simple generic database program that will store information in a number of fields and will also allow binary input into the database to store images. I included some sample screen shots of a program I would like to use as the frame work. I have other projects as well but we'll start with this one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
