Simply put, I need a [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] clone created with my template (I will provide). I'm asking for the bare essentials here, and we'll work on it from there. This is a long-term thing, so hoping to establish something with the programmer. Literally, what I need: File Hosting Script ( I have one, we can use it if you like - might make things simpler :] ) Integrate it with an Affiliate Network so if someone wants to download a file, they have to do an offer first. I can give you the API or Postback information from the Affiliate network so it is instant. After completion of the offer, and it needs to be checked, using the API or Postback if it was done correctly, the Uploader of the file gets $x credited to their account. This should be a balance, that can be retrieved, so I could echo it with some PHP, and be like, "Oh hey, Steve, you have $x!" I need a page where they could 'request' payment, after $10, and I can pay them by PayPal. This doesn't have to be automated now, if it could just list requests, that'd be enough for now. Finally, I need a referral system in place, so people can refer others, and get a percentage of earnings. So I need it so people can spread their links like [login to view URL] and username will get x% of what they earn. I hope this isn't too difficult. I'm asking for pretty much a bare script, nothing too fancy, as long as it can do the above tasks and can be on my template.
