PHP/CMS developer (with System Admin)

We are currently in need of a fast CMS developer with advanced PHP experience who can build a CMS for us similar to [login to view URL] Requirements: - At least 8 positive feedbacks from your previous clients - Expert-level knowledge of PHP, Caching, SQL and MySQL - Writes clean, optimized and well-commented PHP codes - Good Knowledge of AJAX/HTML/CSS/Javascript - Willing to help fix bugs and code new features - Familiar with web security - Experience with SQL optimization for a better site speed purposes - Ability to implement and optimize pages for speed performance - Understanding of cross browser and platform compatibility, SEO-friendly practices, and version control - Organized, detail-oriented and able to set (and meet) realistic deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Our Current Project For You: - You will build a system where admins can post numerous links of movies with thumbnails, date and description for each. - Admins will have the ability to add categories, movie tags, edit movies and delete movies. - Search form is required - There will be a thumbs up and thumbs down button, where visitors can report whether the movie's link is working or not (see example: [login to view URL]) - Users can have the options to vote and to report if the movie links are not working. - Users can see the number of page views, the top rated movies, most viewed and newly added movies. - Users can leave their comments/opinions We will most likely hire you if you are willing to dedicate your time in this project as soon as we accept you and could get this project not more than 2 weeks. You don't need to worry about the design as we have the designer for it but you should still have a good understanding of CSS/HTML to be able to work with one of our designers. We have a number of PHP projects and are looking to build a continuous relationship with the right candidate.
