Cisco IOS 12.4 Advanced Config(repost)

This is a repost because the last listing had errors and I didn't limit the scope of the projet enough. I have one Cisco 2811 with IOS v12.4 (12) running BGP over two standard WIC T1 V2 interfaces (a separate T1 from 2 different carriers). BGP is running with a simple configuration, which works fine; I do not need anything added to the BGP configuration (it's the most basic 2-Serial/2-Ethernet/BGP config setup in about 20 config lines, which is all we need for this part of the config). I'd like to add some a few extra tweaks, such as adding OER (Optimized Edge Routing), a couple DSCP tags, etc. I hope to find someone that is an expert in Cisco IOS with enterprise-routing experience and thorough knowledge of new features like OER. The project is primarily: (1) discuss the goal of the project and what settings we'll apply (2) add OER config and possibly a couple minor lines of configs/tweaks, (3) a few minor tweaks to our Catalyst 4006 switch (Supervisor II engine aka WS-X4013) this is mainly to determine your proficiency for future work, and possibly to setup CiscoWorks to manage the switch. One additional possibility: configure a VPN between the Cisco and a Netscreen 5xt (ScreenOS 5.4). I'll have them both setup and ready to telnet into or you can just ship me the config for both sides. I have a CCO account and can get whatever is required, although we should have everything readily available. This initial project also serves as a test. In addition to this project, we need someone to do continued networking support for our company. We can discuss that option depending on the success of the initial project. !! IMPORTANT !!
