ATA Configuration Wizard

I need an ATA (Analogue Telephone Adaptor) Configuration Wizard that will be stored on a CD, that will be shipped with every ATA I send to my customers when they sign up for my service. The customer inserts the CD to his/her computer that is connected to the broadband connection. The wizard runs automatically, collecting information about the broadband connection configuration; such as whether its dynamic IP or static, and if static, collects information about the IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server. The wizard should be also able to collect information about the PPPoE ID and password if possible. Now after having collected all this information, the user will be instructed to unplug the ethernet connection, and plug it back to the WAN port of the ATA, take a computer connection from the LAN port of the ATA and plug the power adaptor. If the computer was previously connected to the broadband connection with an static IP, the wizard should instruct the user to change the setting to become dynamic IP or the wizard does that automatically. Afterwards, the wizard should be able to connect to the ATA, since the connection between the ATA and the computer is dynamic, and configure the ATA in same way the computer was connected to the broadband connection, using the collected information previously. The wizard checks on the availability of internet connection, and if the connection is available, instruct the user to wait for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile our TFTP server should be able to take it from there, and configure the ATA remotely for other information like SIP server...etc. It will be great if the wizard can restore the users previous connection configuration/settings in case the TFTP server could not communicate with the ATA, or in case the user wants to restore it for any reason. If you have a better way of doing all this, suggestions are most welcome.
