MIS System - repost

I need a Sencha developer as well as database design for building a complete MIS system from design to deployment. Please reply with proposal. The MIS system database is as simple as any regular system, the only different is I want it on Sencha platform instead of Filemaker or Drupal.

The project is about building a simple CMS/MIS from start to finish which include designing and building the underlaying database to interface to deployment.

The database can be a SQL or db2 or NoSQL or whatever you suggest. Since this system that we're building is intended for many usage, no matter what database technology we are going to use, the database need to be very flexible, secure and efficient. It can even be a blank database fields where user can define tables and rolls easily and everything would link up nicely.

Standard functionally include the ability to fetch data from external source whether its an xml or database query and than push/export them to another system. The challenges are how to make it so that the system would able to fetch data from a customer standard web based portal, all you will be given is just a credential to login to their website.

Overall this project is about a simple idea to be able to take data from multiple source combine them into one, manipulate them and transport them to the same or different system. We want to make something which is easy enough to setup, administrate and learn. Perfect for simultaneous multi-user and collaboration.
