Need a contact form designed for me but also a ticket system in place for this. I have 4 websites that sell similar products. need a system where i can login and mange all 4 with ease. update any new questions etc. so like a portal for all my customer issues etc where i can send back emails as well. some one has this done already so examples is a must. have used zendesk and freshdesk but need it now to mange all 4 in one location

Ciao, You could install something like osTicket on one of the domains and have all the queries forwarded there. If you want to explore this option, let's talk.
