Java/javascript coaching video analysis tool

I am needing a similar java/javascript made of this .swf file: [login to view URL] The like app must be written where it can be used on any iOS device via web browser. The completed clone will reside on a Amazon Cloud solution. I was thinking it could be developed in JAVAscript but open to suggestions ([login to view URL]) with phonegap dev Salient Features: -Compare pro and player videos side by side - Mark the videos of the players with tools present in video editor flash sample -Analysis of the videos in slow motion -Voiceover so that coaches can embed their training in video - Should be a Platform independent version - No Flash preferably in Java -Should have web service component with API functionality - Will be integrating in PHP environment with function calling the editor - The videos will be uploaded, analysed, edited and saved to the server -The process should be smooth with all components of video editor - We are not developing any phone app, this will be a web application - Should be responsive with emphasis given in Ipad or tablet web version Please provide same level experience sample.
