Extracting Website details to build database

We frequently use a third party website that lists the names and contact details of the accounting industry in our country. This is a public list which we use everyday but its web format makes it difficult for us to use efficiently.
The database has filters (see attached "accountant filters" file) which when selected allows display only around 20 names on each page (50 pages in total) and details associated with each name are within another pop up tab. (See Find and accountant" file attached).
We wish to have a programme written that will extract the names (using the appropriate filters) and then export the relevant details to a seperate database or spreadsheet. Ideally this new database will update on a regular monthly basis by re-extracting data from the website, updating the database/spreadsheet and notate or summarise any additions/deletions/changes.

What you need is web crawler and parser and run when needed with cron. I've done tons of programs like this, check PM.
