What we need is to move the [login to view URL] to the root folder; we need to set up shipping rates 1 to 4 item $5.95 flat rates u.s only 5 or more item $9.95 flat rates u.s only Canada $12.95 first item $2 every additional item international $15.95 first item $2.95 every additional item express rates us only $19.95 I would pay by paypal but maximum budget is $50. I'm sure, this is a 1-2 hour work, if you know what you're doing. Please don't write "hello, we are a 6 year experience web development firm etc. etc. etc.".
