Looking for an intelligent & creative developer who has a good understanding of the Million Pixel boards for sponsors. I need one built custom. Do a good job completing the work and there can be more work going forward. Must be able to support the work completed.

The main needs are:
Need to be able to process payement through Paypal.
Need to use the code for multiple sites. Each site with own settings.
Need to be able to set the prizing by 1 - 4 zones by board.
Need one where I can add Google Adwords as banner text.
Need an easy navigation of the board by the user.
Need the ability to modify the scripts/pages to add/update FAQ, How to buy, View Clicks or Clicks Counter, About Us, and custom pages/banners.
