Widget Required with Weather Google Maps & Articles

I want to develop a similiar widget for my site as the widget at [login to view URL] My site is [login to view URL] I need the same overlap - hot, warm, wet functionality for each month I need tabs to pop up when destination clicked. Tab A - "Weather Data" will have the weather data averages eg for Paris the data at: [login to view URL] Tab B - "Weather Forecast" - the 5 day forecast at [login to view URL] Tab C - "Bloggers Guide to..." - blog post headlines from another site [login to view URL] relevant to that destination (with some stock content if there are no posts for the specific location) Will need a link - "Put this on your site" etc The data and articles for all the locations are in MySQL database on a drupal site. Want to put widget on my front page, and also host on widgetbox - would also like to adapt as facebook app that will allow people to put it on there facebook profile.
