Smal SQL fix needed + future jobs on demand on hourly basis

Need fixing of SQL Database after Migration from xtc3 to xtc4. Main problem is that even source and destination databases are set to UTF-8 the german special characters are not being displayed correctly. We are on a dedicated root server. Furthermore we are looking for a skilled coder for future projects who is available on demand and paid on hourly basis then. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
