I wish to provide an outsourcing of payroll processing and check printing service to subscribers. I also wish to offer pre-printed checks and online cheques using this portal. This portal will also faciliate with an EDI interface to process certain tasks on a desktop application such as printing of payroll slips, etc., and in fact all data will be mirrored on local computers at the service providers end. The portal will also facilitate customers to submit online their Payroll data from popular Payroll software and also to import the same from the website into their pre-existing Payroll software. The second part on this portal pertains to Tax Preparation, Filing and Submission. I wish to have IRS eFile integration for online processing and submissions of taxes, coupled with an electronic payment gateway with access to major credit cards gateways. Application should be developed as components which are easily deployable under a n-tier architecture, and interfaces should be provided for GUI's using .Net technologies and ASP/VB6.0. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
