I want a CSS Template for a new website, based on a sketch of the homepage that I have created using using Adobe Illustrator. This file is attached with this project description. Goal is to have a usable CSS template for my web programmer to use, looking roughly like my sketch, but with much more professional looking graphics.

## Deliverables

Please refer to the graphic I have attached with this submission, in order to understand the remainder of this description of project.

The sketch is a very rough image I have of what the website would look like, but I am hoping to get this turned into something much more professional.

WHAT I DO LIKE ABOUT THIS GRAPHIC

1. I like the head logo with the line of balls that have digits in them outside the head, but turn red within the person's head, symbolizing a headache.

2. I like the overall high contrast of the display, and the basic color scheme of black, white, and gray--with a splash of red.

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT IT:

1. I am not so pleased with the head that I used, which I borrowed randomly off the internet. I would like a royalty-free (or better yet) custom-made head. Maybe a little bit less fine featured and less pointy nosed. A very average-shaped human head outline would be fine.

2. The shadows on my graphic are dropping down from the square surrounding the head, because the head is a bitmap, not a vector graphic object. It would be better to have the shadows drop down from the head, not the surround. I don't think the square surrounding the head is serving any useful function at all.

3. The thick curving lines that separate the head from the tabs, etc., have little tails on them, because I have not mastered the Illustrator pen tool. :-) Obviously we don't want those there.

4. The tabs themselves are not quite the right shape. They are rounded on top and bottom. I think they should just be rounded on the bottom.

5. The color of the tabs is not quite the right color tone given the other colors. The colors need to be adjusted appropriately so the whole graphic is harmonious.

6. The balls themselves are not quite on a smooth enough path, and the spacing between balls is not quite uniform enough.

WHAT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT

I am open to other significant (even large) changes that would make the graphic look better and more professional. In some vague way, my design was inspired by this website

[url removed, login to view]

I wonder if there should be some gray shading in the upper left region (surrounding the head)? Or maybe surrounding text that says [url removed, login to view] etc.?

Also it might be good to add some sort of appropriate text effects to some of the text, I'm not sure.

OTHER THINGS NEEDED

I want to have tabbed pages under the "About" tab, with subtabs labeled Mission Statement, How it Works, Migraine Triggers, FAQ, and Privacy. I am not sure how this should be done, exactly.

On most of the main webpages, we will probably want to get rid of the slogans that are on the home page (Online data collection + ... and the general description of the website). Perhaps the head graphic could stay in the upper left-hand corner of these "business pages"? I am open to suggestions on how best to do this.

Whenever you use text in bitmaps, please keep a record of what font (type, size, options) or text effects are being used and provide that with the design. This way, if I need to change some of the wording, I can fix this up myself using Photoshop or Illustrator.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
