Apperance Im looking to build a website like Icegold ([login to view URL]), but it would be different, you can choose two systems, one like Icegold not need to register, the other part is required register to use some services, fields required to fill customizable any time. Basically I will work with e-gold currency (sell/buy) using moneygram, westernunion, wire transfer ... The website need to be capable to hold more languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Deutsch). I will make the translations but the website need the templates ready. Customizable user level for each operation like buy/sell e-currencie, for using special services, limit operations for users, retain money for non verified users … Another kind of payments to charge services to the user (customizable amount and reason). Internal message system to inform the user. Mass mailing, customizable for the users. Comission program for referrals, one level. Add tax VAT % options for services offered it would have to be capable to enable/disable. All European websites need to charge VAT for services this is the only reason. A small script would make a pdf file like invoice form and it will be sent automatically to the user after the operation will be finished. If you can deliver correctly my project into two weeks you will receive additional 10% or 5% if you can deliver it before one month. If you don't like this rules please don't make my lose my time.
