167378 Fix Bugs on my websites Look!!

i have 2 websites that im having issues first is an auction site, on sell your item page, system will not recognize my input ,it tells me to enter a reserve price i enter the reserve and wont recognize it, also the paypal system is not recognizing payments on test auction i pay due fees and system does not credit the fee.. on my second site a video website , the thumbnails are broken ,the videos are cut short while the audio continues alone, also need to improve video quality..this job should not take more than a couple hour to configure,need someone who is eager to help and would not mind to fix any other issues that he may find ..
