Freelancer 2.9 and Payment Gateway Install and setup

reelancers v2.9 and Payment Gateway need to be installed on my server also to include cron updates. Integrate PayPal with payment gateway and make it so that when BUYERS deposit money in their account, that its automatic with confirmation link, etc... just like on SCRIPTLANCE or other freelance sites. It has to be a functional freelance site, not necessarily a pretty one or with any images. This means delivering a rudimentary web design, installing the two scripts (Freelancers and Payment Gateway), plus the [login to view URL] that displays a handful of real projects from the scriptlace site. If you have a working example of what you have done with this script, please mention in the PMB and mention what is and isn't included for your bid. Prior experince is welcome. Once this is done, we need to move the website to a MYSQL database as a separate project. But the first priority is to get it up and running.
