INTERFACE OF VICIDIAL in PHP ASTERISK MYSQL UNIX - repost

We need to have some customization built on to our existing vicidial system, full database CRM system, we have specific requirements of what we would like it to do, and you will be able to find the requirements below Reports that we need to produce (inbound admin agents only can see these reports); • Call start end duration • sales reports • Renewal report • Analytic reports • More disposition’s • Customers equipment • Bordereaux reports Engineers Reports/ claims reports an engineer report to show what engineers we have in their area • Multiple engineer reports • Search for an engineer by postcode, telephone number, company name • Report of what the engineer done when he attended the job • When we need to book an engineer we need to see what engineer is in the customers area along with the prices • We need a map report for how many claims hotspots to see where the most claims have been made, also be done monthly/ annually/ weekly ect… • Run individual reports for individual claim types • The sales staff need the ability to have a drop down list of all the banks so that they wont need to type it out • Agent’s Interface Outbound Dialling Campaign: • Script that will appear on the agents screen so when they are in call it will only show them certain parts of the script until they tick the box to see the next part of the script • We need somewhere that the agents can press a button within the script so that if the customer asks a question the answer will pop up in the relevant part of the script maybe on a web form? • ability to email all sales and quotes to the customer opt post • On quotes or sales there needs to be a maximum price limit and a lowest price limit that the agent cannot exceed • The agent needs the ability to have log call backs that automatically pop up when the time and date comes. • We need the ability to limit internet access for the agents (sales staff) • We would accept any input from yourself and if we think of anything else along the way we will add to this • Agents sales form that is automatically generated from the details on vicidial • And information is saved onto the vicidial • Hot keys for relevant department e.g. admin, credit control, technical support • We need the ability to run reports for this Admin • Search by policy number • Search by Postcode • Search by Telephone number • Search by Mobile number • Search by Surname • Start call time when customers call in • End call time when customers have called in (the ability to run reports on this info) • And the total duration of the call • ability to store what equipment they have ( drop down box) • Weather they have had engineers • And what the engineer has done or replaced (info needs to be stored and reports to be run) • reports on who has made a claim • report on new sale • eport on renewals • run reports for the different jobs that the engineers do so that we can find out how many jobs of that specification • run reports for the engineers so that we know how many jobs an engineer has been allocated, what their response time is and a rating on the engineer from the customers RAG rating • There will be many ways of showing a report e.g pie charts ect.. • Payments – bordereaux reports on direct debits, split payments and full payments • run reports on sales that have paid and if they cancel they must amend this accordingly • When inbound calls come in, if the customer is on our database then their details will appear on the inbound admin agent’s screen. Engineers Database • Search by telephone number • Company name • Postcode areas that they cover • The ability to generate an email for a job • Engineers prices must be able to be entered per job • Run reports on the engineers how many jobs they have done along with the prices • When the engineer job was given and when it was complete companies tendering for the work must show evidence of portfolio of previous vicidial crm database
