6062 Fix PHP config. errors in Site

I moved my website to a new host. Since moving to the new host, ADMIN Console has problems: 1- The USER ID And Password Login works, to the ADMIN page, but the DATA Links do not work. The data links to either the LOGIN page or an ERROR Page, not the data. All the data has been moved to the new host, but the links have a different name. 2-I NEED THE LINKS TO HAVE A GENERIC NAME, so regardless of what company hosts the website, the LINKS WILL ALWAYS WORK. 3-The site also has a lot of errors, so I need a PHP EXPERT (ONLY), who can has a good command of the English Language (preferable from the US, Canada, UK, Australia) to find the problems and fix them. That's right, I'm not a PHP expert and can't determine what ALL the problems are, so I need YOU to be able to FIND and RESOLVE the errors, which I only can view from the error page of my web host. I want this PHP Expert to REVIEW THE ENTIRE SITE and fix ALL ERRORS. 4- I need a few spelling errors fixed on the page as well. 5- I may want a completely different ADMIN console, as this one is TERRIBLE, give me your best offer if you can create a VERY USER FRIENDLY ADMIN CONSOLE TO WORK WITH THIS SITE. 6-I may add a few documents to upload to an undeveloped page. 7- I would like the links in the ADMIN console that do not work to be fixed: Examples of problems on the ADMIN console: 1- This is an employment board. If you click on the database of resumes, you should be able to download into EXCEL, but you can only DOWNLOAD the DATA, not the resume attachment. I don't want to have to click on each application and download the resume separately. 2-The Web stats (today's stats) don't work on the ADMIN PANEL. 3-Forgot your password? Click here for it to be emailed to your registered email, does not work for the ADMIN. PAGE. 4-Drop down lists, drop down over other data in the ADMIN PAGE. There are MORE minor issues, but I can't see them UNTIL I can click on the links in the ADMIN Page. Please note: I will only consider those with excellent feedback and need the site completed within 7 days.
