Build online store on Magento with Custom Shipping, multiple warehouses, and eBay integration

Hi, I need a customized eCommerce website developed (quite urgent!) I need someone who is very experienced in PHP to create an eCommerce platform that is fully customized to our needs and are able to develop some custom features that I will send you a list of.
