bash script function - running mtr

MUST KNOW MTR, PHP AND MYSQL ALONG WITH BASH SCRIPTING.
Need someone with strong Linux bash scripting to help me re-write a function in a current script.
The new function will use MTR so you must be familiar with MTR otherwise, what is the point because you will waste both our time.
The script generates data about our LAN connections so that I can find problems on the corporate network.
Reports are sent to a php page (function) which in turn sends the data to mysql so that I can review it later.
Very simply... I need this function to continuously run MTR in report mode while there is a problem, then spit out it's report so that
it can be sent to php/mysql. You will need to help me to modify both ends of this process meaning the script, php and myself in
order to allow for the additional data.
I cannot share the entire script but I can share with you the functions so that you can help me.
I will take care of the mysql server at my end with your input on any changes/additions to tables, fields etc.
If you are able to do this quickly and efficiently, there will be more work.

I can do entire script for given price $30. I have worked on MTR for quite some and have been storing data in mysql - though not via PHP - but shell script. I am not good at PHP but can get same results using bash Altro
