I need someone to develop a similar web front end for the WIFI LAN service of www.wifi-soft.com. including all functions, 3 level user management, billing, paypal/credit card integration, etc etc.

The main purpose of thsi project is to replicate the same business concept to be used for a Radius authentication service for community wireless networks like www.lessnetworks.com.. [url removed, login to view] to name a few.

for serious bidders only and must have experience on both Radius authentication and php+mysql User management proccess.
