PHP/MySQL Classifieds Program

Hello, The website I am working on is www.kaforsale.com. It's a project I started here for the military community to making selling items more efficient and cleaner than through the base paper. The web design is already made as you can see. The current backend for the classifieds script is from a free script out there called Noah's classifieds from [login to view URL] You can find the features for that program here: [login to view URL] The error on the webpage is from a programmer who added some code but never finished. I'm trying to get this fixed. What I am looking for someone who is really good at PHP to help me develop a backend for this website. I would like to have all the features more or less that the Noah's classifieds program has. Above it though, I would like to integrate paypal payments into the page. I would like to get payments through paypal for people using the webpage. Creating accounts to view ads will be free but there would be a charge to place ads. I would like the service to be free for a while but eventually I would like to start charging for the service. I would also like to be able to have a free coupon code system but this is an extra feature if possible so every so often I can have promotions to allow for free accounts and posting. Basically I need a simliar script like Noah's Classifieds with an Admin CP where I can do major administration from. I would like to keep my current web design. If it picks up, we can work out a contract where I work with you for any further updates and additions to the website design. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform LINUX
