Business to Customer Portal CMS

Ok, about the CMS: this is a project I want to donate to a group of students in Romania, Eastern Europe, so please try to limit the costs, as this is no business for me. They will use it to gain money for their college tuition and support the food and other costs. I want a portal created where visitors will be presented with Recruiters from Romania, who are selecting people to work in USA as Summer Work and Travel, on J1 visas, etc. I need it to be setup like this: every employer will have a user/pass area for their own account assigned by the Administrator. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Will h ave the possibility in their user area to upload their own Rezume as .PDF or .DOC files, as well as their own pictures as .JPG, .JPEG and .GIF. All other data formats will be rejected script. **Advertisers**: I need areas created all over the Portal, strategically placed and non-annoying, where Advertisers looking for publicity on our website can place their various standard banner sizes. They will need a statistics monitoring area to see how they are doing, and also a order page, from where they will be able to select clicks ordered, how many impressions ordered etc (see example here: [login to view URL] ) Od course AdSense will be placed on every page to monetize the pages to maximum :) **Administrator Control Area**: As Admin I will have complete power and control over all aspects of the Portal: 1. I will be able to add/edit/delete/suspend/activate Employer accounts, Advertisers accounts and Users accounts 2. Will be able to manage all portal content, in terms of pages edited, categories (Employers, Lawyers, Travel Insurance, Flight Agencies and any type of company that we will add to advertise them in the Portal) 3. Beside the Recruiters, I want to be able to add any time in future categories and Items inside categories, as I think needed under the evolution of the services requests by visitors. So we might want to advertise companies that sell cheap phone cards, immigration lawyers, dental insurance offices, etc This is about all for now. These layout lines kinda present all functions and features I need built in. Most of the solutions already exist out there in the form of **Open Source Scripts and Softwares**, so please make use of them :) ## Platform Portal will be hosted on a Linux Server, running CPanel as interface.
