We are looking for an experienced PHP programmer who is familiar with virtuemart to provide us the escrow payment module similar to the GAF escrow payment. There are 4 payment methods to deposit money : wire, online credit card, paypal and maybe web ATM. Users can pay by "transfer" to another user, or "escrow" until the goods are received. Every time an user deposit money, they have to pay a small fee. Users can withdraw money, procedures are similar to GAF, All the users have a list of payment history so they can track the flow of their money. We pay via GAF escrow by milestones.
