I am going to design a website for someone.
I need to hire a programmer to do this for me.
Below is an excerpt from an email she sent to me...

My associate and I decided we would like to provide a place on the website for brides to log in and have there info displayed(wedding count down calendar, budget and wedding checklist,and a display of photos they pick from ideas that they found on the website).

I need someone that can do ALL of this for me, and make it look real nice (fancy like for brides) whenever her site is started...
Please keep the bids as low as possible.
Website should not start for another month or two, but I would like to go ahead and get someone in mind.

I was just talking to my client...
She wants users to submit they're photos to her, so she can manually add them (which I will show her how to add them), but I need a place for them to submit a photo to her.
As for the part 'photos they pick from ideas that they found on the website'... She will have photos on the website (for cakes, dresses, and other things) and I need some kind of code I can add next to, or below the photo, where that photo will be added to a category on the brides profile...
Say, she chose the red cake, It will go under the category of Wedding Cake.
Same for the Blue Heart Bridesmaid Gown, it will go under Bridesmaid's Gown...
But, if the bride chooses the Blue cake instead of the Red one, she can click on a button next to the Add To Category button, that will say something like 'Choose This Instead', which will change the Red Cake on her profile to the Blue Cake...
The same with all photos I need to add to the site...
I need for that part of the code/script to be available to me to add/delete/change whenever needed...
But the photos will be placed throughout the site, and the bride will choose which one she wants to use...
I will later provide a list of categories I need to have on the brides profile for her to be able to choose photos from...
But later, I may need to add a category, and I need to know a way to do that also.... And a way to make sure the extra categories photos will go to that new category, and not override another.
I need this to be explained to me, as how to add new categories, new form questions (where the user will add they're name, and if they are the bride, groom, maid/maitron of honor, bridesmaid, best man, groomsman, mother of the bride/groom, father of the bride/groom, other relative, friend, and other form questions that will be named on they're profile, such as day of wedding, place and so on...) I need that to be viewable on the profile as well....
But, I would like by each question, to have a place to choose PREFER NOT TO SHOW ON PROFILE, so they can choose what they do not want others to know...
The budget calendar needs to be where they can submit they're budget, and if a price/estimated price of anything is shown on the site (with the pictures), it will deduct from they're budget (in a spot next to the original budget price) where they can see the original budget, and how much of they're budget they have used already...
But I also need to add somewhere near that, that those prices are not exact all of the time, and may change/vary at times/occasions/holdidays.
