Hi Freelancers I need someone to design this website [login to view URL] taking into consideration the following; Background This website is going to have a group of workers working on freelance jobs as a team or a company. If you check the current website, we use the words 'EXPERTS" and "EMPLOYER".We will recruit Experts whom will be working on the projects we win across all websites. Employers will have the freedom to hire us through various freelance websites we work in, or post a project for us to do directly by creating employer account on our website or post it. We will do projects in all categories listed on our [login to view URL] we will have enterprise services that will offer differently from the freelance websites. I will explain later. Features needed; 1. Allow experts and employers to create accounts like any other freelance website with the ability to post job, submit payment and leave comment. 2. Technically it should be designed like a freelance website with just minor modification. The lowest bid with excellent experience win the project.
