Online Employment site back-end application development

Application developer needed for online employment matching website. Need developer who will be able to receive incoming messages and do specific things with them. Based on the standardized content of those incoming messages (HTTPS): -fill out a user profile located in a modern CMS that uses PHP and jQuery and is backed by MySQL DB -create HTML/web forms that will do the same thing (either incoming messages as described above or via a web form, essentially) -post/create desired jobs from employers only from the web -match posted jobs to users and notify them via an existing cloud API -communications between users and employers will be handled based on a rule set up by the user (releasing contact information or using private message system in the CMS) This is essentially it, though this is the base functionality that we need. As we grow the platform we will definitely revisit this project and as we grow we will ask the developer to contribute more and work out further compensation as we move forward in our growth. Current platform is on Linux, Apache, MySQL, but would also consider Solaris-familiar programmers as well. In general this description describes someone who: -knows how to do web programming -knows how to integrate that programming into a simple CMS -does NOT need graphical design skills -can understand and handle web programming API's from a large cloud services company and integrate those API calls into the programming -has experience suggesting and leveraging cloud/existing web services if/when/where those are needed for specialized tasks/benefits -communicates well with us as to what is going on, progress, and treats us professionally (as we will treat you) Thanks you for your bids, and we look forward to hearing from you.
