Fantasy Sports Draft Room Application - with Mobile App

Hello,

I'm looking for a programmer that is familiar with Fantasy Sports.

The application will be an Online Draft Room: This is an area where players in a league select the players for their teams.

Details:

- Will initially be for American Football (NFL) and Baseball (MLB) but same framework would be used for other sports (MLB, NBA, NHL, Soccer)

- Room will contain a Chat

- Sortable list of Available players by position

- As players are selected, they are crossed out so they can no longer be chosen

- Allow searching for specific players

- Shows Players' rosters and open positions as they fill up

- Ability to Queue and Select players for your team

- Allows for 2 drafting options:

1. Timed Draft: Draft room contains a Timer (user determined number of seconds) ex: 2:00 to make their selection. This option assumes that all players all logged in at once.

2. Login when it's your turn (Pass and Play): Draft can be ongoing throughout the day (or several days). Users login when it's their turn and make their picks. No time limit. Users using the app will get notification when it's their turn.

- Admin ability: One of the players will have an admin capability where they can:

1. Stop(Pause) the timed draft.

2. Reverse previous picks

3. Automatically make picks for a specific player

- Current Website uses Php/MySQL

- I am open to Ajax, Flash, and other methods for this Draft room

- I would like a similar look and feel to the main Fantasy Sites (CBS Sports, ESPN, etc)

- Ease of use is key

- I will provide the list of players including:

- History about the player

- Name, Position, Team, Stats

- Once the draft is completed, the picks are saved to the database for me to manage in my current app

Once Football (NFL) is complete, Only minor changes (Positions, stats, etc) would be needed to customize the application for the other main sports.

Preference will be given to those who have done something similar and to those familiar with Fantasy Sports Drafts.

***In addition to the draft room being web based, I would also like this to be available for Iphone and Android as mobile phone apps. The "Pass and Play" option described above would allow users to make their selections, and receive notifications when it is their turn (and when other players make a selection).
