178806 Datafeed + User Management

This project is about import and manage products catalogs from partners for shopping portal (comparison engine). 2 area: admin and merchant Admin area: - Import several kind of files (csv, txt, xml) zipped or non zipped from ftp server (local) or merchant server - Possibility to define schema of each files in order to import - Automatic import... (dayly, hourly)--->cron - Automatic Insert or/and update data into mysql - Categories matching (match categories from catalogs with Masters categories ---> Categories defined. - Products matching (group similars products) - Logs to know if importation was ok - Merchant management (name, feed, url, profile(contact information...) possibility to set active or not - Tracking system to know which products are clicked (date, click) - Contact form to send email to all merchants Have to plan, system to let update products easily (no duplicate content from same merchant) Merchant area: - Merchant subscription (sign-in) with email confirmation - Merchand area with login and password - Edit profile (name, adress, email, description, website url....) - Edit site preferences (description of the website, products sold, services...) - Upload catalog from local or http/ftp server - Match merchant categories with my categories - same tracking system but just for the merchant Technology: php 5, mysql 5, shell... Platform: Unbuntu ps: if you add ajax tricks (prototype), to let more easy the navigation it's better. I m interested by proposal in order to reduce the time for queries, import, datafeed management.... Because my database will contains around 3 millions products first, and I this will increase to 10 millions. ps: Have to think when you developp this application, futures evolutions (webservices, new options...)so you have to respect standard in order to let this I will provide you all the information that you need (table schema, catalog products, I want interaction with you in order to can developp a powerfull solution. I m looking for serious programmers in order to can work on other projects.
