Custom ecommerce site - similar functionality to freelancer

Last Minute Jobs Pty Ltd requires the development of a custom ecommerce/community web app with similar functionalities to freelancer.com What we need: Front end The front-end of the website will be clean, intuitive, professional and simple and will continue in the theme of the professionally designed home page that we will provide. The rest of the website will closely follow the detailed wireframes that we will be providing. Your developers must be able to complete the website so that the feel and appearance is to our satisfaction. If this cannot be done, then we will take this aspect of the project to another developer and will not be paying for the design portion of the bill. The front end of the website will be written in Javascript/HTML/CSS and will be compatible with all devices. You will also be tasked with building a mobile site, separate from the main site. This should only affect front-end. All pages (including URLs) must be SEO friendly. All links will follow the hyperlinks in the powerpoint wireframes that we will provide. Please note that these wireframes are very detailed and should be followed very closely. However, we reserve the right to make continued minor changes. If a desired change could not be considered minor then we will be happy to pay a negotiated addition to the fee. What we need: Back end The back-end of the website will be delivered in PHP/MySQL(PDO) and will be well coded, robust and bug free. The backend must have the abilities we prescribe in the detailed brief we will provide to shortlisted candidates. This is a key focus of the engagement and must be thoroughly demonstrated in all candidates’ submissions. What you will get In exchange for the above, you will earn between $4000-$6000. Additionally, you will be working with a company that is highly organised and with realistic expectations. We will provide clear files that will act as a guide for your work. We know exactly what we want and you will not waste time with us continually moving the goalposts. We are looking for someone that wants to create a long-term and potentially lucrative relationship, not someone that is interested in a one-off transaction. What you must submit In your submissions, please provide detailed descriptions of previous related work. Please demonstrate to us websites with similar functionalities and also websites that are clean and intuitive. We may request to view the source of a specific website. Please also submit a detailed fee breakdown, detailing; - Back-end development - Design and front-end (including mobile web app and web app) and the following optional features: - Direct Offer (to be described in the detailed brief) - SMS integration Please also submit a timeline for the completion of the engagement. Intended Timeline Please consider the timeline below as a guide only. - 2 weeks of taking applications - One week of further questions with shortlisted candidates (will require a discussion with you here over skype). - 2-4 months Design and development - 2-4 weeks testing - 6 months absolute minimum ongoing support (please provide a quote for ongoing support outside of 6 months) If you feel that the required timeframe for this project should be significantly different to this, then please discuss with us.
