This project involves the creation of a gay adult streaming media site. Users will be able to browse (via several search methods) through still photographs and general desciptions for free, but only those that join will have access to the full media repository which will include streaming video clips and contact information. A monthly fee would be charged for this membership so there is an electronic commerce component. The system would have to include an admin site that allowed me to easily upload content and description information. The admin site should also give me detailed information about each account as well as a way to access the opt-in mailing list for email marketing.
Below, are a couple of sites that offer these services for your review (please be aware that these a gay adult sites).

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The site would have to be accesible by Mac and Windows users using the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
I would prefer that the site be built using AJAX and/or Flash. I like the look and feel of sites made with these technologies. But, I would not be opposed to other technologies if you felt you could provide a superior product with them.
