238758 Sign Builder Website

I'm looking for someone to build a site like [login to view URL] except the item the client will be purchasing and building will be a sign. I want a very similiair front page design like they have with the flash instruction. I also want some custom flash introduction utilizing my logo that has already been created. Build 4-5 page website. Site will have same functionality with minor enhancements and subtle functionality differences. The site will include a 20 roofrackbillboard templates layouts/signs to use for samples. The project consists of the main webpage custom designed, Sign Designer (like [login to view URL]), and Shopping Cart integrated into the site that will be used to purchase the completed design, but will also have other products available if they wanted to purcahse. Once the client has created the design you must program the site to save there design in PDF format so it can be shipped to the printer. If you can make this automated great, but I need something that notifys the printer that a job is ready to be done. After the customer purchases the sign and the paypal is ran the PDF can be automatically emailed great, but if not just let me know. In addition a flash movie will be created of the logo flying in segments, fadeout and then go into the flash movie of how to create a sign with some sales propositions along side the tutorial. Then at the end of the movie the sign is then shown completed and my logo waves at the customer. The site must be clean and very well put together. You must have previosly worked on a sign designer site before or similiar site. Please provide sample Mockup of your design idea for me to look at. I've enclosed the Site Description which gives you exact details and content for the main page. I've also enclosed two files that you'll need E Design to veiw. They are the actual models of the signs we are selling. Lastly I've enclosed a rendition of the site that another programmer made. Unfortunately that programmer is not made contact with me for 3 days and I have to get the client an html version of the site by Monday of next week. He doesn't expect the sign builder to be built, but the main page, flash banner, shopping cart, and other sub pages should be done. Please do not apply for this job if you can't meet the task. You must send me links of the t-shirt/sign builder sites you've worked on. I need this to be done in PHP and done quickly. THE FINAL SITE MUST BE COMPLETED by 8/15/08. That gives you 25 days to work on the site. I can stretch it a little if you need it. Bottom line is I need to hire a programmer today and I need a nice html version furnished by Monday. I pay like this. 30% in esrcow. Once I receive the nice HTML version I'll put another 30% in escrow. Upon completed site viewing on your service I'll put the reson of the money in escrow and send you final payment once it is released to our server.
