Pugin for Dolphin v6.002

Hi, I need a small plugin for dolphin ([login to view URL]) where useres can insert some small comments in a textfield as reminder in others profile fields (visible just for the user who put in the comment) in Admin (plugins) must be the function on/off and who can insert comments (guests, members, gold oer any other Memberships from Database)! Detailed installation instruction + sql and Data -files for other installation needed! Payment via escrow after work is done and checked by me! Only People with knowledge of dolphin! regards
