Hackers Wanted. Can you make my simple Flash game secure?

Please read this entire project description before responding. I've uploaded an example of what the final product should look like when complete. It was created using Flash 8. After viewing the example you'll see that it is a short and fairly simple operation. [login to view URL] demo begins. [login to view URL] animated stopwatch appears. [login to view URL] later, a message asking the user to match a specific time appears. It purposely appears roughly 3 seconds before the stopwatch reaches the time it contains. [login to view URL] the user is able to stop the stopwatch at that specific time a, "You've Won" message appears. What I need is to have this short game re-coded to prevent a user from cheating. I'd actually prefer that Flash/Actionscript not be used to create the final product. I want as much as possible to be handled server side, hopefully leaving only the user's mouse click as the sole piece of information passed from the client to the server. Ideally even the visuals and animation would be rendered server side. I understand that nothing is ever completely hack proof or cheat proof so I also plan to record the mouse movements of every user to narrow down potential cheaters. I'd prefer to work with a group/individual experienced in hacking techniques that is willing and able to suggest the best way to complete this project. Please have references and/or past projects ready. P.S. If you've taken the time to read up to this point I want to point out that this is the first of many projects that I need to hire out for.
