Therefore after locating a product (mostly shirts) they like, the usual next steps are; 1) emailing or uploading their Art 2) we download & email to our embroidery department or vendor 3) they open their embroidery software and calculate # stitches 4) they communicate # stitches to Worldwide 5) Worldwide emails / calls the customer with The stitch count & cost this several day process now requires the customer to 6) log back on and start the Buying process again to resume his purchase. The buyer may have by now have bought from some other vendor Put off their purchase (running their small business is their 1st concern) Often the buyer will request a dimensional size that is too large for their budget. So the Recalculate / ReQuote procees is repeated. 2) Our proposed solution; many art apllications (online & not) have the ability to eliminate a selected background usually white. The ability to count resulting nontransparent pixels in a certain uploaded rectangular art file will be able to translate into an approximate # of stitches. & immediately show the customers cost.
