shopping cart with affiliate program

this is an australian request for quote I am wanting a website with a shopping cart capable of handling bulk upload and bulk updating of product lines , will need to handle 12,000 lines or more and be able to upload weekly host file from supplier , goods will be available for sale via website so must be able to handle payments and credits, deletions additions etc. This program needs to transmit customer orders ( picking list ) direct to supplier. and enable supplier to wholesale bill us at time of the order Our site will also have affiliate marketers refering customers to it, so the program will need to recognise affiliates and track and pay their commisions. we will also have a 2 tier affiliates program so will also need to track sales backto 2 nd teir. I want all transactions to be online with auto receipts issued to customers and affiliates i also want an autoresponder email marketing refferal program for hq and affiliates to use to generate new associates and customers. I want each affiliate to have their own mirror site ( i think thats what their called) and this affiliate program will be of the one up type structure where the first new recruitment an affiliate makes is passed up to the initial recruiting affiliate. so the program must automatically assign and track the sign ups I want all customers and affiliates to be able to order direct from their own website and these orders to be tracked by hq but instantly passed on to supplier in suppliers prefered format. i would like a fully funtional back office for associates to review their status , orders associates etc and diary reminder and alarm functions, this should also provide associates and Hq with a file that our accountants can download to prepare tax returns from. i am not very computer literate nor will my afiliates be so please make sure its pretty basic and easy to follow. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows and explorer excell etc
