Need SEO and improve PR for music website

I am looking for someone to perform SEO link development for my website at [d][1]The coder will perform link exchange with other relevant credible websites (ie: other music related websites). Want to get to top 10 on google, MSN, yahoo and other popular search engines with keywords that I will provide. Need help with keywords, meta tags implemented correctly onto my pages to be most effective for search engines to pick up. I need my website to get to a PR5 or higher. Requirements: 1) Minimum 50 inbound links from Link pages with PageRank 4 (PR4) and higher 2) The links will come from pages of Google PageRank of 4 and higher. (anything less will not be acceptable and not count toward the 50 required for this project) 3) All links pointing to the web site must be be static hyperlinks coming from static pages or home page of the other websites. 4) The pages where links to our web site will be listed, should be reachable from the home page of the other web site within 2 clicks. Links from deeper pages are acceptable depending PageRank. 6) You should respond promptly to email, and communicate effectively with link partners. 7) You will not participate into any commercial\professional\web rings links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc 8) You will not spam, or submit to Free for all (FFA), guest books or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. All process should be honest and manual. 9) Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable. 10) You will submit a report with information with all webSite Url's where links to our site are placed. 11) Extra bonus for quality links placed on PageRank 6 AND 7 or higher. Bidders must have relevant experience in SEO and be able to show previous work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
