Lottery Recruitment Builder

I am looking for person / company that can help me achieve paid sign-ups into my online lottery system.

Cost of Joining is £24.99 (minimum) and the system is now four years old operating in 70 countries.

I need paid sign-ups from NON-FRAUDULENT sources and they will need to be members for at least three months.

I am looking for 1000 sign-ups into the system and am willing to pay $1 per sign-up ($1000) as a test run. If this is succesful I will look to increase the numbers.

I need the sign-ups to be money hungry - business hungry and very pro-active - I am not looking to sign-up 1000 people who do nothing in the system.
