Need wordpress plugin which can collect data from various coupon sites and populate couponpress content for my coupon site

I need a Wordpress plugin/script which can collect coupon codes and other relevant data from various Indian and US coupon sites and populate the coupon-press plugin data automatically. This selected freelancer will also be responsible for doing a small research in figuring out the various top and popular coupon sites in India and US and using those sites as the sources for the data collection. My budget is fixed and I will not pay even a dime more than that. I will pay a bonus if the plugin can also scrape top e-commerce sites for coupon codes and get that data as well into coupon-press.
