Transfering to PC platform

Hello, I'm Lluis ,from Barcelona, Spain and recently I started a computer based degree. I want start a little project, based in transfer data from a mobile module memory (is from a RAM possible?) into a IBM PC, over indistinctly S.O. I'm building this circuit now. In this IBM PC, I need a software to monitoring x,y type vectory graphics (basicly x:speed, y:time and maybe more). I don't have idea about I need (coders-decoders, interfaces, software...) please, any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance. Lluis. ## Deliverables I can't pay anythinng now.
