OSCOMMERCE MS2.2 to 2.3.3.4 AND SOME

Hello, I currently have an Oscommerce website that is at osc 2.0 MS2.2 - what I need is to update my OLD data base and bring it up to 2.3.3.4 standards. This means that you would have to have extensive knowledge in Oscommerce and in PHP to do this task. In doing this task I would need to have all current info (customers, orders, products, add ons etc..) from the old data base to be incorporated into this new data base. I have to make sure that once the site is upgraded that everything will run and that it will function properly. I do understand that some things (such as my add-ons) might need to be updated ... by you being the expert you will have to advise me as I am hopeful that with this upgrade that they will still work or just need some tweaking or small update to bring it current. The site is not heavily moded but it does have a few add-ons that I would still like to have incorporated into this new update, such as; Header Tags Controller PayPal IPN - Note: I know I will need this updated to current Discount Coupon LIVE CHAT - ADMIN CONTROL OFFLINE n ONLINE easy header/banner design change Visitor Web Stat Clone Product Attributes STS Also need to add the following: SEO Dynamic Sitemap. Wishlist.. Simple Master Password. Social Bookmarks. Buy Now Button on Top and Buttom of Product. Skrill. Ebay, Amazon integration. Manual Order Entry. What Customers Say' section needs to be editable in the admin section so we can add new quotes. Follow Us' section to the right. No need to change in the admin area, just links as shown to our Facebook and Twitter pages along with follower numbers. Easy design change for main page. You will have a better idea when you look at the site to see how it is laid out and designed. I don't have a lot of funds to work with but whomever is willing to do the work I will want to trust to do more work for me in the future as I would like to have a few more add-ons added to my site... only serious people inquire please. - Please note that this site is an active online site & once you have converted & completed the necessary changes & updates to the 2.3.3.4 to match what I already have in the online site (MS 2.2) you will be responsible to remove the old & upload & reload the new oscommerce (with the changes) to the server and make sure that everything is working correctly & have it up and running properly on my server. As for design as someone mentioned - I would like to keep the format & I am changing the design you being the expert might have nice ideas that I would consider - in which case if I should accept your ideas and you do the work. ASK FOR CLARIFICATION IF NOT SURE
