Build a Leech Website

Hello . excuse me if my engliash is not well . i'm going to run a leech website . features : 1- create direct link from sharing sites download links like rapidshare,4shared and .... (there is two method for create direct link 1- download files into server and create direct link without downloading files and just create a premium link . i want second method , i dont want files to be downloaded in server) 2- support all sharing sites and ability to add new sharing sites in future 3- torrent leech (ability to search and download files in torrent trackers like iptorrents and ability to download by entering a public torrent link) 4- users registeration with control panel for buying credit , change password and email 5- full admin area - managing users , add rules (for example downloaded torrent expire date ) 6- two file manager one for just viewing a list of downloaded torrent and direct links for download by clicking on them and the other for viewing downloaded torrents and file direct links with tools for delete files and renew torrent files validity period and some other tools with good design) 7- managing servers(add server in future if i get many users) 8- ability to translate website and add domain for each translation (for example my language is persian i want translate site to persian and add .ir domain for it) 9- creating plans (example 10GB download 2$ - 20GB 3$ and ....) 10- online payment with paypal,and cashu and ability to add my own country online payment . 11- a professional design with ajax with RTL and LTR support. my language is RTL . 12- affiliate system . 13- created download links need user name and password for downloading by download managers like IDM I'm looking for a bug free script .
