webpage design

for an established car enthusiast website, have three vehicle models. vehicles can be (but do not have to be) static but must be section-highlightable (hood, bumper, wheels, interior) and take you to the corresponding section of the vbulletin forums in a new window) i like lots of nifty flash animation and a nice techno style beat (with music muted by default). need room for rotating advertisement banner on header of page, standard dimensions of 468 x 60, randomly selected. there must also be room above the animation for a site introduction, and a section below the vehicles for news and additional links. (page will be a tables design). site logo design suggestion a plus. for consideration in the cost, i will allow the designer to leave his name attached to the project in small letters at the bottom to help solicit further business. use the site as a demonstration of your capabilities for future work, and get paid for it too! the work is for a single web page. i am not looking for a simple animationn, flash must be utilized page-wide. project offered between $100-150, depending on depth of work/results. email with any questions
